How do I place an order?
Shopping with Herb Box Garden is easy
• Log on to www.herbboxsingapore.com.
• To add items to your cart, click on “Add to Cart” with your desired quantity.
• To review your items, click on the "Shopping Cart" icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
• Select your preferred delivery date
• Click on ‘Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for review.
• Fill in your preferred Shipping Address. If you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
• Click on ‘Continue to delivery method’, select shipping method to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
Do you have a retail store to visit?
Unfortunately, we do not have a retail store for you to visit.
What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
Shipping options :
At the moment, there are no self collections. Only:

Parcel Delivery | Orders with Fertilizers, Seeds and Plant Care Only | $5 |
Courier | Orders which include Plants | $12 |
2nd attempt delivery charges will be $24 per trip. That will be rearrange by customer service.
- If the address provided is incorrect, the plants or package will be returned to us.
- If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, you may request our courier to leave it on your doorstep. If not, you will be responsible for shipping charges for attempted delivery and returned plants/packages.
What if the item is Out-of-stock?
Once you've placed your order, as much as possible we will make sure your item is available.
If any case there is out-of-stock order, we will provide refund automatically. It will be process between 3-5 working days.
